Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your access to and use of the GB10 Studio compute rental platform, including all associated APIs, services, infrastructure, and software (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with this AUP in full. Violation of this AUP may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

1. Definitions

"Service" means the GB10 Studio compute rental platform at gb10.studio, including the API, web interface, inference endpoints, and all associated infrastructure.

"User" or "you" means any individual or entity that has registered for, accesses, or uses the Service.

"Session" means a billable compute session during which a User accesses GPU inference capacity through the Service.

"Credentials" means API keys, session tokens, JWT tokens, invite codes, or any authentication material issued to a User.

"Content" means any data, prompts, completions, files, or other material submitted to or generated by the Service.

"Operator" means GB10 Studio and its operators, owners, and administrators.

2. Permitted Uses

The Service is intended for lawful, legitimate workloads. Permitted uses include:

3. Prohibited Uses

The following uses are strictly prohibited. Violation may result in immediate account termination and, where required by law, referral to appropriate authorities.

The Service provides access to finite GPU compute capacity. Users agree to:

The Operator reserves the right to throttle, suspend, or terminate sessions that consume excessive resources, degrade the experience of other users, or violate resource use guidelines.

5. Account Security and Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Credentials. You agree to:

The Operator is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your Credentials.

You are responsible for all Content you submit to or generate through the Service. You agree that you will not use the Service to produce Content that:

The Operator does not pre-screen user Content but reserves the right to remove or refuse Content that violates this AUP.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of prompts and inputs you submit. Outputs generated by the Service are provided to you subject to applicable law and the terms of the model license under which the underlying model is distributed.

You grant the Operator a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process your Content solely as necessary to deliver the Service. The Operator does not claim ownership of your Content.

You may not use the Service to reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works of content in a manner that infringes third-party copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.

9. Monitoring and Audit

The Operator reserves the right to:

10. Enforcement and Consequences

Violations of this AUP may result in, at the Operator's sole discretion and without prior notice:

The Operator will attempt to provide advance notice and an opportunity to cure non-egregious violations where feasible, but is not obligated to do so. Severe violations (e.g., CSAM, DDoS, fraud) will result in immediate termination without notice or refund.

Account terminations for AUP violations are not eligible for refunds of any prepaid balance or unused session time.

11. Reporting Abuse

If you observe or suspect abuse of the Service by another user — including generation of illegal content, credential theft, resource abuse, or harassment — please report it promptly:

Please include as much detail as possible: your account username, date and time of the incident, and any relevant session IDs or API logs.

The Operator will acknowledge all abuse reports within 3 business days and take appropriate action consistent with this AUP and applicable law.

12. DMCA / Copyright Notice and Takedown

If you believe that Content generated through the Service infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent:

Your notice must include: (i) identification of the copyrighted work; (ii) identification of the infringing material; (iii) your contact information; (iv) a statement of good faith belief; (v) a statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury; and (vi) your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-notices and repeat infringement policies are governed by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE OPERATOR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.

AI-generated outputs may contain errors, hallucinations, or outdated information. You are solely responsible for validating outputs before relying on them for any consequential purpose.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This AUP is governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the Operator is domiciled, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under this AUP shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for violations that cause irreparable harm.

You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration relating to the Service.

15. Changes to This Policy

The Operator reserves the right to modify this AUP at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the email address associated with your account or via a notice posted on the Service. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised AUP.

It is your responsibility to review this AUP periodically. The most current version will always be available at gb10.studio/aup.html.
